Tejas Joseph Sunny

Tejas has prior work experience in Management consulting and Investment Banking, where he has worked on Investment analysis, valuation models, and investor presentations. At BCP Advisors, Tejas does in-depth research in Indian Finance sector and drives financing modeling and valuations. Tejas graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics with minors in Economics and Computer Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Rishabh Phagre

Rishabh is a senior banker with more than 15 years of experience across investment banking and private equity. At BCP Advisors, Rishabh is responsible for driving Indian operations which includes deal sourcing, analysis, valuation, due diligence, portfolio management and exits. Rishabh has a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and has a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

Rahul Vohra

Rahul is a seasoned senior executive and a distinguished member of the Investment Committee for the fund. He also serves as the Founder CEO and Executive Chairman of Millerhill Advisors, a cross-border investment banking firm. Rahul boasts over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, spanning India, UAE, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the USA. Previously, he held the position of Global Head of Private Banking at ICICI Bank, and he led the Asian Private Banking division at Société Générale Bank. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi, as well as an honors degree in commerce from the prestigious Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Brij Raj Singh

Brij is the Co-founder and CEO at Baer Capital Partners. Prior to starting BCP, Brij has 30+ years of banking, investment management, and private equity experience in India and the Middle East. Previously, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Julius Baer Middle East and a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent. Brij attended the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. He has also attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Harvard Business School.

Michael Baer

Michael is the the Co-founder and Chairman of Baer Capital Partners and currently the CEO of MBaer Merchant Bank. Previously, Michael was the head of Private Banking and Member of the Executive Board at Julius Baer Holding. Michael is also the Chairman of Charlemagne Capital; non-executive Director of Falcon Private Bank; non-executive Director of FinOps AG. Michael has a MS in Management and is a Sloan Fellow from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has also attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Wharton School and has a BBA from Texas Christian University.
